This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, schedule a visit, retrieve official booking records, or change a court record. Use the official contacts below for those actions.

Choose the contact path by the record type or custody system involved:

  • For someone held in Avoyelles Parish jail custody, start with jail inmate records, the Avoyelles LAVNS roster, then the DC-1 or DC-3 phone line.
  • For a booking photo or booking summary, use jail roster mugshots and, when needed, request the record from APSO under Louisiana R.S. 44:31, R.S. 44:32, CCrP art. 228, and CCrP art. 234.
  • For charges filed after an arrest, use court records after a jail arrest and contact the Clerk of Court because the Avoyelles eSearch portal does not provide criminal information online.
  • For a specific facility, use the facility pages in the footer, including DC-1 in Marksville, DC-3 in Cottonport, the Women's Transitional Work Program, and Raymond Laborde Correctional Center.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Louisiana DPS&C offender locator or Louisiana VINE/LAVINE, not the parish jail roster.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator System. No official APSO mobile app was located during research.
